Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad as a Statutory Audit Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements for listed and unlisted entities, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality audit services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory audit, particularly within Big Four/Big 10 firms, and a proven ability to manage teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Audit Execution:
- Lead and execute statutory audits for listed and unlisted entities.
- Conduct audits of quarterly financials.
- Perform IFC reporting and control testing.
- Manage the entire audit process from planning to execution.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Chartered Accountants and 8-10 articles.
- Schedule and manage audit work to meet tight deadlines.
- Effectively coordinate with clients and manage staff.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards.
- Apply knowledge of CARO reporting.
- Understand and manage the consolidation process.
- Utilize expert-level Excel skills.
- Audit documentation knowledge.
Technical Knowledge Expected:
- Ind AS working knowledge

Industrial Knowledge Preferences:

Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory audit, preferably with listed entities.
- Experience with Big Four/Big 10 firms is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
