Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and versatile Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Website Development & Design:
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Utilize advanced JavaScript skills to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Create visually compelling graphics and layouts using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Apply digital marketing principles to optimize website content and drive conversions.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable web development strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in:
- JavaScript (ES6+), including front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular – mention if applicable)
- WordPress development and customization (theme and plugin development).
- Adobe Photoshop for web design and image editing.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Digital Marketing principles.
- Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
- Strong understanding of website analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective web solutions.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
