Back Office Executive – Join Our Banking Team!
Do you have a passion for banking and a strong understanding of operational processes?
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of our banking operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and document verification.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of retail banking operations processes.
- Familiarity with core banking applications (Finacle preferred).
- Working knowledge of CRM and workflow applications (e.g., Siebel, FCRM).
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
