About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients within the US banking industry. You will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and other channels (e.g., email, chat) regarding banking products and services.
- Accurately process customer transactions and requests.
- Research and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (US banking experience a plus).
- Graduation from an accredited university (any major).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
