About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients within the US banking industry. You will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and other channels (e.g., email, chat) regarding banking products and services.
  • Accurately process customer transactions and requests.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and recommend solutions to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (US banking experience a plus).
  • Graduation from an accredited university (any major).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
