Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (MBBS Required)
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers and up to 2 years experience preferred)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all clinical documentation.
- Coordinate investigations in a serialized manner.
- Ensure proper medication administration and maintain accurate intake/output charts.
- Maintain detailed surgical notes, including:
- Intra-operative notes
- Pre-operative investigations
- Post-operative biopsy reports
- Any complications encountered
- Monitor chemotherapy patients, including IV site inspection and medication timing.
- Clearly document any patient drug allergies.
- Accompany consultants during rounds.
- Attend to patients on call 24/7.
- Perform dressings in surgical and other wards (doctors or nurses).
- Strictly adhere to duty hours.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions.
- Verify blood transfusion records and initiate procedures independently.
- Participate in medical procedures like catheterization and intubation.
- Schedule surgeries after consultation with consultants.
- Prepare discharge summaries one day prior to discharge.
- Participate in camp duties as required.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Work in rotational shifts (may include mornings, evenings, and nights).
