About the Company
We are searching for talented Service Engineers to join a reputable Indian OEM, a leading manufacturer of CNC lathes, turning centers, and other machine tools. As a service engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most out of their machines.
About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting CNC machines, including lathes, turning centers, and VTLs
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues using your knowledge of CNC systems, Siemens/Fanuc controls, servo drives, and mechanical components
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Providing technical support and training to customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in maintaining and servicing CNC machine tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, CNC systems, and machine tool operation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
