Job Description

Job Title: Service Delivery Executive

Location: Phool Bagan, CIT Road

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring student success! As a Service Delivery Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement: Proactively engage with students to build strong relationships and address their concerns.
  • Academic Support: Coordinate academic meetings, provide information on study materials, test schedules, and other resources.
  • Attendance & Performance Tracking: Monitor student attendance, track test performance, and follow up with non-performing students.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve student queries efficiently via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Feedback & Grievance Management: Conduct feedback calls, track grievances, and ensure resolution to maintain student satisfaction.
  • Information Dissemination: Ensure clear and consistent communication of important information to students.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with academic and non-academic departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in client handling, preferably in the education or service sector.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills.
