About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Premier Acquisition Manager (Business Banking) in a Branch Sales Manager (B2C) role. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our retail liabilities sales team by acquiring high-value customers and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Retail Liabilities Sales Team: Motivate and coach your team to achieve assigned sales objectives for Current Accounts (CA), value generation, volume targets, and channel productivity.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Source new business opportunities, generate revenue through the sale of CAs, cross-selling solutions, and third-party products (e.g., insurance).
  • Build High-Value Client Relationships: Focus on acquiring high-value CA customers and establishing strong relationships encompassing their entire family banking needs.
  • Expand Business Banking Products: Promote and sell Business Banking solutions like CMS/POS/Beat services to your CA customer base.
  • Develop a Robust Customer Pipeline: Utilize both internal and external channels to source and acquire new-to-bank customers for sustained business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing and sourcing Business Banking customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • High energy level and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Educational Background (Preferred): Graduate degree in any discipline or Postgraduate degree (any specialization).
