Job Title: Full Stack Developer (SharePoint Focus)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on SharePoint development and administration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative SharePoint solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Development & Administration:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint 2019 (and prior versions) and SharePoint Online.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Nintex.
- Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Office 365 applications (e.g., OneDrive, Teams).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Perform system maintenance, including backups, upgrades, and security updates.
- Optimize SharePoint performance and user experience.
- Development & Integration:
- Develop and maintain custom applications using C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems (e.g., databases, CRM).
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work effectively within a team environment and independently.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint (on-premises and online).
- 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Power Automate/Power Platform and Nintex.
- Experience with SQL Server and database administration.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Accessibility features in SharePoint.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
