Role & responsibilities
Handling Day to Day Plant accounting including Accounts Payable Management, TDS Working and Returns, Exposure to GST including 2A and 2B reconciliations, Providing Support to Plant Finance in managing Inventory including Reports etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- SAP exposure working in FICO module
- Exposure on accounts payable related activities i.e. Invoice booking, payment releasing
- Bank reconciliation statement
- Knowledge about GST
- Exposure on TDS/TCS and remittance
- Co-ordination with Store, Purchase and Quality for invoice booking in SAP
- Payment process through cheque, RTGS and Hundi
- Vendor reconciliation statement
- Debit note / Credit note issue to the vendor
- Physical inventory verification
