About the Role:
This role focuses on the ethical promotion of Nestle’s infant nutrition products within a designated territory. The Medical Representative will engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing clear and accurate information about Nestle’s infant nutrition products, their features, advantages, benefits, and appropriate use, all while adhering to the Code of Ethics and Nestle’s instructions. A core responsibility is emphasizing that mother’s milk is best for babies. The representative will ensure recommendations for the Nestle Nutrition product range align with the Indian Code, detailing the products in comparison to homemade paps and bovine milk. This position requires serving as a reliable resource on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices. The role also involves executing high-quality scientific symposiums and other activities according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Ethically promote Nestle’s infant nutrition products to HCPs.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Nestle’s guidelines, emphasizing the importance of breastfeeding.
- Ensure product recommendations comply with the Indian Code.
- Serve as a trusted source of information on infant nutrition and feeding practices.
- Organize and conduct scientific symposiums and other events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infant nutrition and related medical information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharma, B.Sc, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Passion for improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- High learning agility
- Ability to work independently within company policy and guidelines
