In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing custom entities, security models, and web services within Dynamics 365.
- Configuring and deploying CRM organizations to meet specific business needs.
- Automating workflows and processes using Dynamics 365 features.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven experience developing and integrating MS Dynamics CRM solutions, particularly on Dynamics 365 Online.
- Strong understanding of entity models, security models, and web services within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Experience with CRM SDKs and web services development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for clients.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with JavaScript and markup languages (HTML, CSS).
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins.
