Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, coordinating with various departments and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor domestic and international supply chain operations, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise with Custom House Agents (CHA) and customers to facilitate timely customs clearance and delivery of goods.
- Interact and collaborate with third-party logistics service providers (3PLs).
- Analyze and audit freight costs and documentation for accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff to optimize operations and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Participate in analyzing and improving supply chain systems for efficiency.
- Coordinate with local/central excise departments to obtain stuffing permissions for Molasses export.
- Prepare and maintain all export-related shipping documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and shipping incoterms (e.g., Incoterms 2020).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple processes simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of SAP (Sales & Logistics module) preferred.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external 1 stakeholders.
