Relationship Officer – Banking Product Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing bank customers while actively promoting and selling a range of banking products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with existing bank customers to identify and cross-sell relevant banking products.
- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to customers to promote our offerings.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings at convenient locations.
- Collect necessary documents and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on your progress to your reporting manager.
Qualifications:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply!
- Preferred: Candidates with a two-wheeler are highly encouraged.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and driven to succeed in a sales environment.

Location: Across Bangalore Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday
