About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters, working across various courts and tribunals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a long-term commitment to a career in law.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research.
Draft court pleadings, arbitration pleadings, and other legal documents.
Appear in court and tribunals, both independently and with senior counsel.
Draft legal opinions.
Contribute to non-litigation matters (details to be discussed).
Qualifications:
Qualified Advocate with up to 2 years of experience.
Strong academic record.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth.
