Job Description
Nexdigm is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our Assurance & Advisory team specializing in Banking & Financial Services. You will play a key role in supporting our clients with their assurance and advisory needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assurance procedures for clients in the BFS segment, including Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and Depositories.
- Analyze, compare, and interpret financial data to draw sound conclusions and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Possess excellent business acumen, system skills, and computer proficiency.
- Maintain accuracy and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Lead and guide a team of junior associates.
- Report directly to a partner, as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Working experience in audit or operations of Wealth Management firms, Mutual Fund AMCs, AIFs, Depositories, or Capital Markets.
- In-depth knowledge of investments, securities, and relevant SEBI and RBI regulations.
- Proven ability to supervise and ensure quality delivery of financial services engagements.
- Experience maintaining and updating internal SOPs and methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills to define and manage KPIs, train and mentor team members, and adhere to professional practices.
- Ability to contribute thought leadership through regular publications.
- Experience partnering with Business Solutions teams to automate processes.
- Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum/Miles software (preferred).
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking & Financial Institutions, particularly Wealth Management, Depositories, or Capital Markets.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment with strong business judgment.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- People management experience, proactive approach, professional maturity, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit.
