Role Overview:
As our IT Delivery Manager, you’ll spearhead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with client expectations. You’ll be the linchpin between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clarity and managing expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Agile Implementation: Optimize project execution using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources and manage project costs effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Technology Coordination: Align technical solutions with business goals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in IT project delivery or management.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
- Strong understanding of web and software development lifecycles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, eCommerce, or enterprise IT projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, ITIL, and cybersecurity.
- Background in software architecture, automation, or AI.
