Job Title: HR Manager/Director (Depending on Experience & Team Size)

Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Provide strategic counsel on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Drive innovation in HR practices, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Excellence:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to seamless onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Design and implement engaging onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our company culture and accelerate their success.
- Performance & Development:
- Develop and implement robust performance management systems that drive employee growth and provide meaningful feedback.
- Identify training and development needs, creating programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong company culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Proactively manage HR-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage audits.
- Policy Development & Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
- HR Technology & Efficiency:
- Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee HR systems implementation and maintenance.
- Workforce Planning & Record Management:
- Develop strategic workforce plans to anticipate future staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Workplace Safety:
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Team Leadership (if applicable):
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the [Chemicals Industry] or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
