Job Title: HR Manager/Director (Depending on Experience & Team Size)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Provide strategic counsel on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
    • Drive innovation in HR practices, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Excellence:
    • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to seamless onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
    • Design and implement engaging onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our company culture and accelerate their success.
  • Performance & Development:
    • Develop and implement robust performance management systems that drive employee growth and provide meaningful feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs, creating programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee morale, engagement, and retention.
    • Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong company culture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Proactively manage HR-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare and manage audits.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • HR Technology & Efficiency:
    • Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Oversee HR systems implementation and maintenance.
  • Workforce Planning & Record Management:
    • Develop strategic workforce plans to anticipate future staffing needs.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Workplace Safety:
    • Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable):
    • Build and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the [Chemicals Industry] or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
