Relationship Officer – Banking Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing bank customers while actively promoting and selling a range of banking products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with existing bank customers to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to customers.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings at their preferred locations.
- Collect necessary documents and complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on your progress to your reporting manager.
Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Preferred: Candidates with a two-wheeler are highly encouraged.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships.
