  1. Sales and Membership Acquisition:
  • Actively engage with potential gym members to promote and sell memberships.
  • Provide information about gym facilities, services, and membership options.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Address inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into members.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the gyms offerings, including classes, equipment, and special promotions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of memberships and services to potential members.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Actively seek out new leads and opportunities for membership sales.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract potential members.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-up activities.
  • Complete membership paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other gym staff, including trainers and front desk personnel, to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and support promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  1. Sales Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  1. Fitness Industry Knowledge:
  • Understanding of gym equipment, classes, and fitness trends.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  1. Target-Driven:
  • Goal-oriented and able to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  1. Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  1. Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  1. Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education or certifications in sales or fitness can be beneficial.
