We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, landing pages, and other online content.
  • Develop print collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, flyers, presentations, and trade show materials.
  • Create and maintain visual content for product branding, packaging, and labeling, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute innovative visual campaigns that align with marketing strategies and target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design output and explore new creative avenues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and mockups to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s visual identity.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping and design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrated experience in both digital and print design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative abilities across various mediums.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
