Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, landing pages, and other online content.
- Develop print collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, flyers, presentations, and trade show materials.
- Create and maintain visual content for product branding, packaging, and labeling, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute innovative visual campaigns that align with marketing strategies and target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established style guides and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design output and explore new creative avenues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
- Prepare and present design concepts and mockups to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s visual identity.
Key Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping and design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated experience in both digital and print design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative abilities across various mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
