We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across all platforms, creating compelling designs that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually stunning and user-friendly designs. Experience in the fintech or wealthtech industry, particularly with Gen-Z brands, is a significant advantage.
What You Will Do:
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for a variety of marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, product packaging, and more.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in every project.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products, focusing on user experience and seamless design execution.
- Expertly edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and other visual assets to meet company standards and creative direction.
- Create visually engaging presentations, brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output and contribute innovative ideas.
- Provide constructive feedback on designs produced by junior designers and other team members.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.

Who You Are:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand management (agency or tech-first brand experience is a plus), preferably with a focus on fintech, wealthtech, or Gen-Z brands.
- Brand Obsessed: You possess a sharp eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of what resonates with target audiences.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable using data to inform design decisions and understand how to interpret metrics to improve visual content performance.

- Creative Problem Solver: You can think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions to meet project challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
