HCM Business at the TeamLease group carries the responsibility for both digital transformation at TeamLease as well as growing its HRMS business line. The vertical is a key player in TeamLease’s efforts to improve its margin profile at a group level. TeamLease leverages its zero-touch ATS, one-touch payroll, Regtech and Edtech modules to support clients in running automated payroll, benefits, workforce management, and compliance operations with last-mile delivery capabilities.

 

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in social media, brand marketing, events & PR.

Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing and Communications team in day-to-day functions across social media, PR, and digital marketing

Contribute to the creation of PR content, email campaigns, and social media content.

Create and curate content for various platforms including but not limited to the company website, LinkedIn, and marketing collaterals

Fully support the company’s PR strategy and execute it in different phases

Participates in brainstorming PR ideas

Assists in press release creation

Proofreads written materials for content and grammar

Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns

Pro-actively developing and recommending new media strategies and its derived content to build up brand awareness while maximizing integration with other elements of the marketing mix

Work closely with Events Manager to design and promote events and marketing resources to supporters across all digital channels

Help organize and attend promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits.

Requirements:

Completed Master’s degree program for marketing, journalism, communications, or in a similar field from a tier 1 college.

Proficient in the usage of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Must be proficient in English – verbal and written

Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
