Lead the ServiceNow Transformation!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and governance of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Data Architect (40%):
- Data Governance: Govern the intake and delivery of inbound/outbound data feeds.
- Data Model Alignment: Ensure alignment of ServiceNow data models with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Enterprise Data Services (EDS) standards.
- Data Quality: Govern the quality and certification of data models within ServiceNow.
- Model Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing relevance and alignment of the ServiceNow data model with KPMG’s Corporate Service Delivery Model (CSDM).
- Data Model Optimization: Identify and address gaps in the current data model, implementing robust governance processes for future modifications.
Integration Architect (40%):
- Integration Design: Create and oversee the creation of Technical Architecture Plans (TAPs) and TAP-Lites for all integrations.
- Integration Governance: Coordinate with Risk, Security, and Privacy teams for integration reviews and approvals.
- Integration Certification: Oversee the periodic certification of all integrations and APIs.
- Integration Strategy: Collaborate with the EA team to define and implement a strategic roadmap for integrations, leveraging ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box integration patterns.
- Integration Infrastructure: Govern mid-server strategy and API account usage.
Platform Architect (20%):
- Platform Assessment: Assess the current state of the ServiceNow platform and identify areas for improvement.
- Technology Roadmap: Work with product teams and developers to ensure the platform remains current with the latest technologies.
- Health Scan Remediation: Strategically review and provide direction for the remediation of findings from ServiceNow Health Scans.
- Design Review: Assess high-level designs for ServiceNow implementations to ensure alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Hold at least two ServiceNow Mainline certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) and the Certified ServiceNow Architect (CSA) certification.
- Integration Experience: Proven experience with API integrations and related technologies.
- CSDM Knowledge: Strong understanding of the KPMG Corporate Service Delivery Model (CSDM).
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
