Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dy. Manager Treasury to join our team in Faridabad. You will play a key role in managing our treasury operations, ensuring financial compliance, and optimizing cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) compliance.
- Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency.
- Prepare and circulate updated cash flow statements and forecasts.
- Manage import payments, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor vendor credit terms and negotiate favorable payment arrangements.
- Analyze and oversee customer cash discounts offered.
- Manage employee loan schedules, ensuring accurate deductions and timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of interest earned and bank charges.
- Facilitate registration and compliance on the Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform.
- Monitor and manage currency hedges to mitigate foreign exchange risks.
- Liaise with banks to maintain credit lines and ensure adherence to banking regulations.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ACA (Chartered Accountant) with 2-5 years of experience following qualification.
- Experience working in the treasury function of a mid/large sized manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax laws, rules, and regulations.
- Proficiency in working with an ERP system like Oracle (highly preferred).
