About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Officer to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cognitive Clinical Management:
- Conduct thorough patient history and physical examinations.
- Formulate differential diagnoses.
- Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress notes.
- Obtain and document informed consent from patients.
- Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries.
- Clinical Non-invasive Management:
- Perform digital rectal examinations.
- Administer cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Perform wound dressing.
- Assess treatment effectiveness and patient progress.
- Monitor patient clinical status on a daily basis.
- Provide post-operative care.
- Clinical Invasive Management:
- Perform nasogastric intubation.
- Insert urethral catheters.
- General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the duties and responsibilities of a physician as outlined in medical guidelines.
- Comply with all infection control policies and procedures.
- Follow established protocols and policies outlined in the Doctor’s Handbook.
Qualifications
- MBBS in any specialization
Preferred Skills
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Strong documentation and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
