About the Role:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Gaya and play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of e-commerce shipments. As a Delivery Executive, you’ll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering packages safely and professionally to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Timely Delivery: Efficiently deliver e-commerce shipments to designated locations within Gaya, adhering to strict delivery schedules.
- Package Handling: Ensure the safe and secure handling of all packages, preventing damage during transit.
- Route Optimization: Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize delays.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Documentation: Accurately record delivery information and maintain proper documentation.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain your bike in good working condition, ensuring it’s safe for daily deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must possess your own motorcycle (bike).
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Gaya’s local areas and routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of smartphone applications for navigation and delivery tracking.
