Be instrumental in our digital transformation journey as we become a data-driven recruitment powerhouse. We’re seeking a talented Data Warehouse Architect to design, develop, and maintain our enterprise data warehouse system and data analytics solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Play a pivotal role in our digital transformation, driving data-centric decision making.
- Design and develop a robust enterprise data warehouse system to house and manage recruitment data.
- Architect the overall data flow, ensuring seamless data exchange between external applications and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with developers to implement industry best practices and optimize data processing workflows.
- Create comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents for clear data lineage.
- Develop data flow diagrams (DFDs) and entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) to optimize data modeling.
- Build and maintain the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) layer using SSIS processes, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Maintain an incident log and actively research areas for performance enhancement.
Who You Are:
- A passionate and technical individual with a strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in designing and developing data warehouse solutions.
- Expertise in data modeling, data flow design, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, and stored procedures.
- Experience with data visualization tools (a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with the recruitment industry and its data landscape.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
