Join a dynamic team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Snowflake Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Build comprehensive data flow mappings, outlining the movement of data from source systems to the Snowflake data warehouse.
- Design and implement robust Data Warehouse architectures, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, security, and aggregate layers.
- Develop optimized data pipelines for extracting data from diverse sources, including mainframe systems.
- Design and implement highly scalable ETL/ELT processes, handling complex data transformations, various data formats, and robust error handling and monitoring mechanisms.
- Mentor and guide team members and data analysts on best practices and industry standards.
What You Bring:
- Snowflake Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience building Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions from the ground up.
- Data Warehousing Mastery: 10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade data warehouses (both traditional and cloud-based).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Dimensional Modeling, Snowflake architecture, and proficiency with SnowSQL.
- ETL/ELT Expertise: Experience with ELT tools like Matillion or Fivetran and a strong understanding of the cloud ETL landscape.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical 1 audiences.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business KPIs, Go-to-Market strategies, and the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with data within the Retail and/or Banking industries is a significant plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like Snowflake, identify trends, and uncover valuable insights.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience with Informatica
