Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Chartered Accountant at Royaltrack, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our manufacturing operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial Accounting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Taxation:
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- File tax returns accurately and timely.
- Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Internal Controls and Audits:
- Implement robust internal control systems to mitigate risks and ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the financial performance of the manufacturing unit.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with operations teams to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing or infrastructure industries
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial analysis techniques
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in handling government contracts, particularly with Indian Railways, will be advantageous
