Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Jaipur. This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in the financial management of our real estate projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Systems & Controls:
- Examine and evaluate financial systems, management procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial reports that showcase and forecast the organization’s financial position.
- Review actual figures, analyze variances, and adjust budgets as needed.
- Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Develop and manage financial and cost budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Maintain stringent control over expenditures and conduct periodic reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow and fund distribution effectively.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Corporate Structuring & Mergers:
- Coordinate, advise, and supervise company structuring, including amalgamations, mergers, and restructuring.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Administer the maintenance of books of accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
- Finalize year-end accounts.
- Maintain accurate registers for debtors, creditors, and expense sheets.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle taxation matters.
- Handle TDS.
- Auditing & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Perform internal auditing.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- 3-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards.
