Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chartered Accountant to spearhead our accounting team and drive financial excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Systems Management: Implement, manage, and optimize accounting systems and processes to ensure robust financial control.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and reconcile comprehensive monthly financial reports, income statements, and other key financial documents.
- General Ledger Mastery: Maintain and control the master data of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Payment & Treasury Management: Review and authorize online banking payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to state revenue service and all relevant regulatory requirements, including tax compliance.
- Comprehensive Financial Management: Manage the full spectrum of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strategic Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice and support to senior management, enabling sound financial decision-making.
- Corporate Tax Expertise: Proven experience in filing complex corporate tax returns and providing strategic tax planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Honors degree preferred).
- Active registration with a recognized statutory body and association.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and demonstrated compliance as a tax practitioner.
- Extensive experience in corporate tax filing and financial advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
