Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Vadodara – FMCG/Beverages
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a growing company in the FMCG/Beverages industry, located in Vadodara.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Control: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Financial Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Budgeting/Budget Control: Create and manage budgets, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Fund Management/Fund Raising: Manage existing funds and secure additional funding as needed.
- Strategic Financial Management: Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role, preferably in the FMCG/Beverages industry.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage funds and raise capital.
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Financial Planning.
