About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Category Manager to oversee the growth and management of key product categories. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of online sales funnels, P&L management, and lead generation. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, optimize customer journeys, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand market share and drive category growth.
  • Manage and optimize online sales funnels to enhance the customer experience and maximize conversions.
  • Analyze and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for your assigned categories.
  • Generate leads and expand business through a combination of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product batches, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee facility management to guarantee seamless operational workflows.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and develop strategies for category growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of YouTube and other digital platforms to increase engagement and drive sales.
  • Utilize your sales and marketing expertise to enhance category performance and achieve key objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in category management, strategic planning, or business development.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry or a background in competitive examinations (e.g., Civil Services) is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of online platforms, with a strong emphasis on YouTube and digital sales strategies.
  • A proven track record of success in lead generation and funnel management.
  • A solid understanding of P&L management and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
