About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Articleship Assistant to join our dynamic Taxation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment within the Management Consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior tax professionals in various tax-related assignments, including income tax, GST, and indirect tax compliance.
- Preparing tax returns, tax computations, and other tax-related documents.
- Researching and analyzing tax laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate tax records and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws.
- Supporting tax audits and responding to tax notices.
- Developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
