About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team as Articleship Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to gain invaluable practical experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to a wide range of accounting and auditing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Assist in maintaining financial records, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Auditing: Participate in audit engagements, performing audit procedures and tests under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Taxation: Support tax compliance activities, including income tax return preparation and filing.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients (under supervision) to gather information and respond to inquiries.
- Research: Conduct research on accounting and auditing standards, taxation rules, and financial regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain well-organized and accurate documentation of financial records, audit workpapers, and reports.
- Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and mentors to achieve departmental goals and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- Must have cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate examination.
- Transfer cases are not eligible to apply.
