Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Agency Business Partners.
  • Business Development: Expand our network of Agency Business Partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to optimize results.
  • Sales Excellence: Ensure the consistent achievement of revenue goals through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Agency Business Partners to enhance collaboration and support.
  • Compliance Adherence: Uphold the highest standards of compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven Experience: 3-8 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the insurance or BFSI sector.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decisions.
